This post is based in the University’s Careers Centre, whose mission is to educate, inspire and empower students with the lifelong career management skills they need to create meaningful and fulfilling careers, whatever their ambitions.
An established hub of expertise in careers and employability, the Careers Centre works across the institution and with external partners, including employers and alumni, to support student success.

We have a “one-team” ethos, recognising that we are at our most effective when we use our strengths to work towards our shared purpose and common goals.
The Careers Centre comprises approximately twenty staff across two teams: the Career Management Team (Careers Advisers and Information Officers) and the Opportunities Team (experiences and employer/alumni-facing staff), each headed by an Assistant Director who, with the Director, form the senior management team.
