You will have a solid understanding of registry functions, from enrolment to assessment and award, and be comfortable working within regulatory frameworks such as OfS conditions, UKVI requirements, CMA guidance, and data protection legislation.
Experience of managing teams, improving processes, and working collaboratively with academic and professional services colleagues.
An experienced professional who can lead complex student lifecycle operations with confidence, clarity, and a strong commitment to service excellence
What you’d be doing:
You will oversee day to day operations across designated registry functions, ensuring effective processes around student records, enrolment, curriculum data, assessment, awards, examinations, and graduation.

You will lead and develop a team of staff and contribute to wider institutional projects and policy development.
You’ll need to enjoy:
Collaborating with others to deliver seamless, student centred services that are accurate, compliant, and efficient.
