Do you have experience in HR or recruitment, with a passion for delivering excellent service to colleagues across academic and professional services? If so, we’d love you to consider joining us.
We’re looking for a People Services Coordinator to provide a comprehensive resourcing service to a portfolio of academic schools and professional service directorates. You’ll work closely with colleagues from our lifecycle team, but your primary focus will be recruitment, helping us attract, select, and onboard great people.
This is a fixed term role to cover maternity leave.
As People Services Coordinator you can expect to be involved in:
Provide a full range of recruitment and contract management processes.
Provide first line advice on HR policies and procedures.
Lead on all onboarding administration.
Support the job evaluation process.
What will you bring to the role?
Significant experience in a service based environment providing administrative support
Recent experience of working in a Human Resources and/or recruitment role
Highly organised with the ability to manage a wide ranging workload with competing priorities
