Act as the first point of contact for the Centre, providing outstanding customer service.
Coordinate logistics for events and programmes, including booking spaces, arranging catering and managing attendee communications.
Support live and virtual delivery of events by checking in participants, guiding attendees and moderating online platforms.
Provide day-to-day administrative support to the team, including diary management, meeting coordination and document preparation.
Maintain accurate records and reporting using Salesforce.
