An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Personal Assistant supporting the Director of Campus Infrastructure, and the University Secretary & Registrar at the University of Bath!
About the role
The role is based in the Department of Campus Infrastructure who are responsible for the strategic planning, development and management of the University’s lands and buildings. The Infrastructure team provide installation, maintenance and repair of these buildings, contributing to the University’s exceptional student experience.
You will be responsible for providing a proactive, comprehensive and efficient level of administrative support such as:
Diary management
Monitoring mailboxes
Dealing with correspondence
Financial transactions such as expenses claims and requisitions
Making travel arrangements such as booking tickets and drawing up schedules
Arranging and supporting meetings
Occasional reception duties
About you
You will have experience of working at strategic support level and as well as the tact, judgement, initiative, discretion and confidentiality associated with a role like this.
You will be:
skilled at building effective relationships with a diverse group of internal and external stakeholders
highly organised
able to manage your own workload to meet deadlines
Experience working in Estates or higher education is desirable but not essential.

This is a fixed-term role to cover maternity leave until July 2027, working 24 hours per week.
