If so, then this could be the perfect role for you. We have a fantastic opportunity for an Education Quality Manager to join our team within Imperial’s Business School.

An integral member of the team, you’ll support this vision by ensuring teaching and quality assurance processes are working effectively and efficiently, and that management information is gathered, retained and disseminated appropriately.
Duties and Responsibilities
Your key responsibilities will be to:
Managing the process by which all students are provided with accurate information about their programme of study
Ensuring quality assurance procedures are followed in relation to module and programme modifications, programme monitoring and review
Maintaining accurate records of marking and supervision assignments
Monitoring the timeliness of assessment feedback to students.
Managing the student evaluation process for School modules
Conducting investigations into suspected cases of academic misconduct including plagiarism and unauthorised use of GenAI tools
Essential Requirements
To perform this role successfully you will:
Be educated to degree level or hold equivalent professional qualifications
Have experience of working in a quality assurance role in a Higher Education environment, ideally a Business School
Possess a wide range of skills and aptitudes including excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
Have a strong eye for detail, with the ability to juggle a busy/ varied workload to tight deadlines
Be a creative problem solver, able to produce high-quality work under pressure, identifying the precise steps that need to be taken to achieve your goal
