As part of the Student Life Directorate, the Student Information Team covers a wide a variety of enquiries across the whole student lifecycle, from accepting their offer, throughout their course to their graduation. This is a fast paced and dynamic environment and if you have:
Significant recent experience in delivering exceptional customer service
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Experience of using databases and Microsoft Office
Effective organisational skill with an eye for detail
