About the role

As our Senior Partnerships Manager (Creative Sectors), you’ll leverage UCL’s academic expertise into the creative and cultural sector in order to develop robust, exciting, ongoing and mutually beneficial partnerships. At the heart of this job will be the following:

  • Advise: provide advice and guidance to internal colleagues on industry relationship management and other complex matters that leverage our collective experience.
  • Link: Find and identify major partners and help create new impactful partnerships.
  • Amplify: Scale and broaden existing major business and innovation partnerships across UCL.
  • Convene: Host events and activities that connect UCL's innovation partners with each other and our researchers.
  • Deliver: Deliver the I&E component of very large, multi-year, multi-country, multi-million, strategic innovation initiatives, providing support from conception through to maturity.

About you

Things you'll need to do this job include:

  • Strong current area knowledge and its deployment into industry and public sector
  • Degree and/or previous relevant experience in a relevant subject
  • Proven experience of building partnerships between business and the research base
  • Experience of working with the creative and/or cultural sectors
