The Treatment rooms at Surrey Sports park are growing, we strive to provide exceptional care and treatment to athletes, students, and individuals seeking to improve their physical health and performance. We are committed to bringing quality treatment and expertise to every one of our clients. We are looking for an experienced and motivated Treatment Room Lead to oversee the daily operation of our treatment space and help deliver outstanding care to everyone who walks through the door. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in their qualified field and have a strong passion for helping clients achieve their health and performance goals.

About the role

As Treatment Room Lead, you will be the first point of contact for our treatment services, ensuring a professional, welcoming and efficient environment for athletes, students, staff and community members. You will:

  • Coordinate the day-to-day running of the treatment room, including bookings, room preparation and stock management.
  • Support and coordinate a team of practitioners (e.g. physiotherapists, sports therapists, massage therapists) to deliver a high-quality, customer-focused service.
  • Ensure excellent communication between practitioners, coaches, athletes and other Surrey Sports Park departments.
  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety and professionalism in line with Surrey Sports Park and relevant clinical guidelines.
  • Contribute to the development and promotion of treatment services, helping to grow and improve what we offer.

About you

You will be an organised, proactive and approachable individual with a passion for supporting performance and wellbeing. You will ideally have:

  • Experience working in a clinical, sports, or health & wellbeing environment.
  • Strong organisational and administrative skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with practitioners, athletes, students and customers.
  • A calm, professional manner and the ability to prioritise in a busy environment.
  • A commitment to delivering outstanding customer service and upholding high professional standards.
