Our HR Service Centre (HRSC) sits within the People & Organisational Development (P&OD) Directorate and provides high quality, customer focused support across the full employee lifecycle to all faculties and departments.
We are a busy, collaborative and friendly team who take pride in delivering excellent HR services, continuously improving how we work, and building strong relationships across the University.
As part of HR Operations, we play a key role in ensuring colleagues and managers experience consistent, accurate and efficient HR processes. This is an exciting time to join us as we further enhance our service delivery and strengthen our commitment to service excellence.
About the role:
We are seeking a (HRSC) Team Leader to support and oversee the HR Service Centre. Reporting to the HR Service Centre Manager, you will be a senior member of the team, playing a key role in delivering a high-quality, operational HR service while promoting a culture of collaboration, professionalism, and continuous improvement.

This is a full-time, permanent position, working 35 hours per week. The role is a variable hybrid position, typically requiring on-site presence for 3 days a week.
