The Role

We have an exciting opportunity for a People Operations Coordinator to join our growing team. Reporting to the People Operations Manager, our People Operations Coordinators provide a wide range of services to support our recruitment, onboarding and employee lifecycle activities. This is a varied and fast paced role, working with a variety of internal and external customers and we are looking for an individual who is truly focussed on the customer experience and is dedicated to delivering excellent service.

The Candidate

• You have experience of working across a range of HR administrative activities, demonstrating a proactive, flexible, and adaptable approach.
• You are meticulous, always taking pride in your work.
• You have experience of working within legal guidelines.
• You enjoy working independently and as part of a team.
• You have an ability to create positive relationships with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders.
