Full-time Fixed Term Twelve Month Contract to drive forward a project between Wrexham University and Levercliff Associates, a BCORP certified organisation based in Chirk, near Wrexham, who are Category Consultants helping food and drink businesses across the UK, Europe and beyond.  

We are looking for a Data Science graduate or a graduate in a closely related subject, who is inquisitive and excited to learn and develop, to fulfil an exciting SMART Partnership Associate Role. Working with the Academic Supervisor and Levercliff’s Business Intelligence specialist, the role will support the enhancement of Levercliff’s data visualisation platform, UNLOCK, into an intelligent, interactive decision support platform to make data more accessible, insightful and actionable for businesses.  

In this role, you’ll apply AI and machine learning models so clients can easily uncover valuable insights from complex data. You’ll work with diverse data sets and use your organisational, teamworking and communication skills to make Unlock even more powerful and user-friendly.

In return, you will be working with a B-Corp and a Great Place to Work-accredited company. There will be a £2,000 training budget available to support the post-holder. Levercliff coaching and mentoring to develop your business acumen and understanding of the wider Fast Moving Consumer Goods industry. Experience working with a variety of food and drink clients. Support every step of the way, from a company committed to learn from you as much as you will learn from them.

Whilst there will be opportunity for the role holder to work flexibly they will work mainly from the Levercliff offices in Chirk and at Wrexham University on occasion. 

This appointment is made as a result of the approval of a Welsh Government-funded SMART Partnership with Levercliff.
