IT Customer Services

Our two‑year Graduate Programme offers real responsibility from day one, combining hands‑on experience with structured development. Youll work on service development, project delivery, and business‑critical activities, gaining practical exposure across End User Computing, as well as people, process, and project management.

Throughout the programme, youll develop a strong mix of technical expertise and soft skills, supported by best‑practice training and real‑world experience.

About the Role

You must hold, or be expecting, a 2:1 degree in one of the following (or a closely related discipline):

  • IT
  • Computing
  • Business Information Systems

For this role, you will need to be on site 2 days a week. Although we can accommodate working from home for this role, flexibility to be on-site will be expected due to business needs.

Programme Structure

  • Year 1: Begin as a Grade 5 Assistant End User Computing Engineer
  • Year 2: Progress to Grade 6 End User Computing Engineer upon successful completion of agreed objectives

This position is fixed‑term for 2 years due to the training aspect of the role, designed to support your transition from graduate to professional IT engineer.
