Opportunity Overview

We are seeking a highly organised & proactive Clinical Services Coordinator to join the School of Health & Society. This is a key operational role supporting the delivery of clinical services across our teaching & service facilities. You will coordinate administrative activity, support compliance & governance processes, and lead a small team to ensure services run efficiently & safely.

This role is ideal for someone with experience in clinical administration, healthcare, or a regulated environment, who has strong leadership, organisational & stakeholder engagement skills & is passionate about delivering high-quality, customer-focused services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate day-to-day administration of clinical facilities & activities
  • Line manage & develop the clinical administration team
  • Support scheduling of clinics & maintain accurate, audit-ready records & systems
  • Ensure compliance with clinical governance, health & safety, & regulatory requirements
  • Support audits, inspections, & reporting, providing accurate management information
