The Events and Engagement Coordinator is a central member of the Notre Dame London team and contributes directly to raising the visibility of Notre Dame’s academic and research work in the United Kingdom. This role focuses primarily on the planning and delivery of academic and research-focused events, including lectures, seminars, symposia, conferences, and visiting scholar engagements, strengthening Notre Dame’s presence within London’s intellectual community.
Working as part of a small, supportive and close-knit team in London, and collaborating with colleagues from across the globe, the Events and Engagement Coordinator helps shape academic conversations by supporting events that connect Notre Dame faculty with UK-based scholars, institutions, and partners. The role also supports broader community-building and institutional engagement events and plays an important part in ensuring that programmes are aligned with Notre Dame London’s strategic priorities.
This role will work across many areas of the organisation, interacting with leadership, faculty, external partners, students, and visiting guests.

The postholder may be required to undertake additional duties that support the work of the Communications and Events team, as reasonably requested by leadership.
Evening and weekend work will be required to support events; time off in lieu will be provided.
