The Role

We are seeking an experienced Technical Services Expert (365) to join our Systems Team. This role provides technical support and 3rdline expertise for Microsoft 365 and associated cloud collaboration services, ensuring they are secure, resilient and fit for purpose. You will act as a subject matter expert, supporting service development, operational stability and continuous improvement across our M365 estate.

Key Responsibilities

  • Technical support of Microsoft 365 and associated cloud services, including Teams, Exchange Online, OneDrive, Bookings and Zoom.
  • Act as a subject matter expert for service security, resilience and disaster recovery.
  • Ensure services are configured, maintained and documented to a high standard.
  • Provide 3rdline support, incident resolution and escalation where required.
  • Ensure compliance with ITIL processes and Cyber Security policies, including change and incident management.
  • Contribute to service improvement and operational best practice.

About You

  • Significant experience working in a technical systems or cloud services environment.
  • Strong handson expertise with Microsoft 365 services.
  • Experience supporting enterprisescale cloud services.
  • Good understanding of service security, resilience and ITIL practices.
  • Able to manage multiple priorities and resolve complex technical issues.
  • Relevant qualification or equivalent professional experience.
