  • Maintain records of module migration progress and support project coordination activities
  • Provide guidance and light-touch support to academic and professional services staff on Canvas and related tools
  • Contribute to testing, configuration, and review of modules following agreed standards and templates
  • Participate in team and project meetings and contribute to ongoing improvements in processes

What we are looking for:

You should have:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
  • Experience of supporting e-learning or content migration projects

What we can offer you:

  • The opportunity to contribute to a high-impact, large-scale digital education project
  • Experience working with Canvas in a complex, real-world implementation
  • A collaborative and supportive team within the IDEA Lab
  • Flexible hybrid working arrangements – 3 days onsite and 2 days working from home
  • Access to Imperial’s wider staff benefits, including generous annual leave and pension scheme
